Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Talking Trail and Epitaph Innovation are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users of the ND Veterans Cemetery mobile application.

Talking Trail and Epitaph Innovation strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including the creation, upload, sharing, distribution, or solicitation of such material.

• Sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

• Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a child for purposes of sexual exploitation.

• Sexual solicitation or sextortion involving children.

• Sexual trafficking or exploitation of children.

• Any other content, communication, or behavior that facilitates or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Enforcement

Talking Trail and Epitaph Innovation will take appropriate action when we become aware of content or behavior that violates these standards. This may include removing prohibited content, restricting or terminating access, and reporting suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to appropriate authorities when required by law.

The ND Veterans Cemetery mobile application may not be used to create, upload, distribute, request, or facilitate CSAM or other content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users who become aware of suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, or other child-safety concerns involving the ND Veterans Cemetery mobile application should report the concern to:

These Child Safety Standards apply specifically to the ND Veterans Cemetery mobile application, which is developed by Epitaph Innovation and published through the Talking Trail developer account on Google Play.
